Scope of this information

This information covers the website and the functions directly connected with browsing and online purchasing, including the catalogue, search, product information, cart, customer account, checkout, payment selection, addresses, orders, contact requests, cookie preferences and online after-sales services.

Parts of the process may be provided through integrated technology services, including Shopify and payment service providers.

Legislation and reference standards

GuestSide aims to comply with the accessibility requirements applicable to e-commerce services under Italian Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882.

Design, development, testing and improvement activities take account of the applicable criteria of EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
